Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including kitchen staff and servers.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of food stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- 40 hours per week.
- Temporary work term.
- Work language: English.
