Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering, storage, and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Prepare Reports and RecordsCompile and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
Train and Develop StaffProvide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Inspect and Maintain Kitchen AreasConduct regular inspections to ensure kitchen areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Collaborate with Other DepartmentsWork closely with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
