About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jungle Jim's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Inventory Management and Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are always optimal.

Training and Development

Train and develop our kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food service.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week
