Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and food preparation assistants, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Quality Control and AssuranceImplement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Inventory Management and Record KeepingManage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all kitchen equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
Training and DevelopmentProvide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as on kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
Inspect and Maintain Kitchen AreasConduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales data, and quality control metrics.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or kitchen management role
