Senior Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at First Nations Bank of Canada. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for structuring and managing existing and new deals, focusing on day-to-day risk management of the files within the commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Underwrite large and complex credits, and develop an understanding of pricing models and concepts.
- Prepare competitive credit packages and facilitate syndication deals.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members.
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of portfolio management.
- Acceptable criminal record check and credit check.
