Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at First Nations Bank of Canada. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for structuring and managing existing and new deals, focusing on day-to-day risk management of the files within the commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Underwrite large and complex credits, and develop competitive credit packages
  • Facilitate syndication deals and provide guidance to other team members, including training
  • Manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management
  • Acceptable criminal record check and credit check
