Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Banking Specialist to join our team at First Nations Bank of Canada. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in structuring and managing existing and new deals, focusing on day-to-day risk management of the commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, including underwriting large and complex credits
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members
  • Identify business opportunities and establish quality customer relationships

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management
