Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong background in management and product development.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives and ensure efficient use of company assets.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years of experience in management and product development.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
