Key Responsibilities- Departmental Oversight: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting a positive company image.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Event Management: Manage events and activities that support business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
The Operations Vice-President will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
Work Environment and Conditions- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

- Judgement and Organized: Possess strong judgement and be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
- Indigenous Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
