Job Description

About the Role:

Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through effective communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the business services or finance industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other business software.
