About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support business growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior operations or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
