Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Conduct performance reviews
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
