Operations Vice President

We are a leading transportation company seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the organization.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
