Job Summary

Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining databases.
    • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising staff, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Business Operations
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
