Job Overview:
The Manager of Customer Experience will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest interactions and satisfaction through strategic management of customer data and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee database management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and integrate comprehensive guest profiles to enhance personalization.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer experience or CRM-related position.
- Proven track record in lead generation, CRM systems, and omni-channel marketing.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with customer data platform orchestration tools.
- Experience with customer experience platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
- Understanding of the travel and hospitality sector.
