About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact our sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
