About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Alexa Translations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the translation industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
