About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our team at MCA Dental Group. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient office procedures and excellent patient interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to regulatory best practices
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry and communication with patients
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing pre-determinations and analyzing radiographs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in dental clinic software and digital tools
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and dental procedures
