We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our dental office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a high level of administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive exceptional care, including greeting patients, preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our dental office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a dental office or administrative role.
