Job Title: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Showcase. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
