Project Coordinator Job Description

Baycrest is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Ontario CLRI team's programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to project work, coordinate day-to-day activities, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Coordinate evaluation and research efforts, including data analysis and report writing
  • Support preparation and presentation of educational products and initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, organize committees, and facilitate project planning
  • Provide technological support to end users and support Baycrest team with logistics and technology
  • Liaise with partners, collaborators, vendors, and other departments to support delivery and uptake of educational initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Excellent coordination, facilitation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, eLearning, healthcare, computer technology, gerontology, or other related field)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting multi-site projects/programs and experience working with long-term care homes
  • Project management knowledge and experience
  • Detail-oriented, with analytical problem-solving ability, ability to prioritize/manage competing deadlines, and ability to translate needs into actionable recommendations
