Project Coordinator - Facilities

El Camino Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Facilities team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and the successful execution of projects.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for coordinating various projects, including equipment upgrades, facility renovations, and maintenance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan projects, including developing schedules, resource allocation, and material planning.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and action items.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
