Job Description

Job Summary:

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing reports, updating project schedules, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or a related certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PSRN project experience.
  • Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
