Territory Sales Manager Job Overview

Kal Tire is in search of a Territory Sales Manager to enhance their operations. In this role, you will be tasked with promoting Kal Tire Service Solutions to current clients within your assigned region. This position presents significant opportunities for advancement based on achieving sales goals and objectives. You will serve as a mentor to sales teams, function as a strategic ally regarding Kal Tire services, and nurture robust client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target regional clientele to increase sales portfolio
  • Operate both independently and collaboratively to enhance customer spending
  • Leverage Kal Tire initiatives for new sales prospects
  • Engage with internal teams to synchronize market strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and interpret data

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client management
  • Background in the tire sector is advantageous

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline is preferred
