Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share, to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed sales records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and market analysis.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other sales-related activities to stay informed and up-to-date on company policies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit and type/key for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk, bend, reach, stand, squat, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Ability to drive for extended periods, with segments up to 2 hours.
  • Ability to lift/lower, push, carry, or pull up to 56lbs.
