About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Southern Alberta region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and sales calls.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Understand and position the full range of GeoPositioning products offered by Brandt to meet customer needs.
  • Meet all sales documentation requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales growth in the territory.
  • Prepare and submit customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with clients.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of the surveying and construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, construction, or surveying is considered an asset but not required.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
