Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to our office
  • Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Handle and route all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
  • Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized, attentive, and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Energetic, intelligent, and resourceful with a solution-oriented approach
  • Observant, accurate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven knowledge of Receptionist duties and customer service principles
