Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked supply closet
  • Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to our office
  • Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures
  • Handle and route all incoming phone calls
  • Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
  • Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized, attentive, and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Observant, accurate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven knowledge of Receptionist duties
  • Well-founded grasp of customer service
  • Quality experience with effective communication
  • Direct phone calls experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Administrative office experience desired
  • Experience with clerical duties
  • Answering inbound calls experience preferred
  • Practical knowledge of internal communications
  • General familiarity with multi-tasking
  • Wide-ranging experience with branch administration
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
