An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a part of the Finance Business Partner team within the Management Analytics (MA) division of a leading global investment firm. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial insights and analyses that facilitate informed decision-making across private investment sectors. This position provides a unique chance to engage in a variety of responsibilities and foster collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance Business Partner to develop financial analyses for investment sectors, leveraging data visualization tools and analytical expertise.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of analytical capabilities to evaluate the performance and resource allocation of investment departments.
  • Ensure the precision and relevance of financial data by coordinating efforts across various departments.
  • Assist in the annual business planning cycle by supporting budget formulation and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build and nurture partnerships within the Finance team and across departments to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

We invite candidates who meet the following criteria to consider this opportunity:

  • Over 6 years of experience in financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and achieve results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial insight paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI is a plus.
