Position Overview

The Partnerships division specializes in institutional sales, financial brokers, and FinTech collaborations, offering white-label solutions tailored for banks, asset and wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms. Our services grant access to liquidity across multiple currencies, comprehensive compliance solutions, and advanced foreign exchange management tools.

The Partnerships & Indirect Sales team plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of our indirect sales operations. This team is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.

In this role, you will establish a network of intermediaries from the ground up through diligent market research and outreach efforts, aiming to maximize revenue potential. By comprehensively understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, you will contribute to the growth of our partners' businesses while achieving your own professional and financial objectives.

As you deepen your market understanding, you will become a knowledgeable expert in the FX sector, paving the way for a successful sales career within a global FinTech environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A passion for building new relationships with a proactive client acquisition mindset.
  • A keen interest in financial markets, preferably with a background in finance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. You should enjoy engaging with others and have a genuine curiosity about their businesses.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B partner-facing or client-facing role, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors.
  • A structured approach to conducting market research, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • A creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Proven ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities based on customer needs, market dynamics, technological capabilities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
