Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at Viewin Global Asset Holding Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, accurate, and reliable.
