Position Overview

The Finance Secretary plays a crucial role in managing financial operations and administrative tasks within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage budget planning and expenditure tracking.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to other staff members.
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
  • Administer contracts and agreements.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
