Financial Administrative Coordinator

The Finance Secretary plays a crucial role in managing financial operations and administrative tasks within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
- Oversee and manage budget planning and expenditure tracking.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to other staff members.
- Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
- Administer contracts and agreements.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Draft and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Demonstrates accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Permanent position with a commitment to professional growth.
- Work language: English.
- Standard working hours: 35 hours per week.
