Job Title: Financial Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at Viewin Global Asset Holding Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Control: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with our financial team to establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to other team members on financial procedures and policies.
  • Office Administration: Manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data and statistics as required.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Office to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial administration role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
