Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at Viewin Global Asset Holding Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including managing contracts, answering electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers on company policies and procedures.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
