What is the Opportunity?

As a key member of our dynamic team at Royal Bank of Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our high net worth clients. You will work closely with our Investment Counsellors to ensure seamless daily portfolio maintenance and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of trades.
  • Manage client account openings, documentation, and cash flows, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Proactively assist with client management, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to strengthen cross-business relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada.
  • Proven client service skills, with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
