About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization;
  • Identify opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue;
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients;
  • Provide pricing options and recommendations to clients;
  • Identify and resolve issues, seek input from others to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions;
  • Manage client expectations by creating and utilizing standardized operating procedures, key performance indicators, and other metrics specific to accounts;
  • Contribute to the development and management of annual account plans and budgets. Provide information to the internal team and perform quarterly reviews and adjustments as needed;
  • Develop and implement a personal development plan in collaboration with management.
Requirements
  • Secondary education or general training;
  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • A minimum of three years of experience in account management;
  • At least one year of experience in the logistics industry;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Passion for sales and building relationships with clients;
  • Determination, perseverance, and results-driven approach;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work within a competitive team, producing results independently;
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of current supply chain terminology and best practices to support client supply chains;
  • Use of internal resources when client needs exceed the current employee's scope;
  • Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
