About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships across all Business Groups, driving growth in our Large Enterprise Accounts by implementing account strategies that leverage our entire Solutions and Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Independently identify, develop, and close new opportunities within the territory.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue and profitability targets for Lenovo while expanding across multiple product sets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales and business goals.
  • Account Leadership: Lead the sales strategy for account teams and drive revenue growth across Lenovo's portfolio.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance and forecast governance across the Lenovo portfolio.
  • C-Level Relationships: Cultivate C-level relationships and act as a trusted consultant to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Own the customer relationship and engagement strategy.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed and adaptable to Lenovo's ongoing product and service developments.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate deal progression.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure exceptional sales and customer service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize MS Dynamics and other reporting tools effectively to track key sales metrics and deliver operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of technology sales experience in the Enterprise and Public Sector space.
  • Language Skills: Fully bilingual in French & English.
Preferred Requirements
  • Top Performance: Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Technology Acumen: Exceptional technology acumen with a focus on addressing business challenges through IT transformation.
  • Business and Financial Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen with extensive experience developing technology-led solutions for Very Large Enterprise clients.
  • Relationship Building: Proven success in building and influencing relationships at the C-Level, both internally and externally.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with all levels of business and IT contacts within complex financial organizations.
  • Drive for Growth: Drive to achieve company growth projections in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Public Sector Experience: Experience in Public Sector Education an asset.
  • Travel Requirements: The position is territory-based with travel required (~50%).
