Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Client Account Manager to join our team. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Manage Client Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
    • Manage client database and engage with clients through regular communication
  • Resolve Escalated Issues
    • Efficiently provide solutions for escalated client issues and concerns
    • Work in partnership with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues
  • Coordinate Client Orders
    • Coordinate the production, editing, manufacturing, and delivery of client orders
    • Ensure compliance with operations, studio policies, and brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer success
  • Skills
    • Empathetic and solution-driven service approach
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to remain resilient and sharp with each client
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
