About the Role

As a General Manager at Between The Lines, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and development to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
