Product Manager for Underground Equipment

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for Underground Equipment to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our Underground Hardrock product lines, with a focus on Drills, Bolters, Rockdrills, and Retrofits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Underground Hardrock product lines
  • Liaise with technical product support, engineering personnel, Account Managers, and third-party dealers
  • Advise on technical issues, potential solutions, or product enhancements to mitigate negative impact
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and greenfield customers, as well as EPCM's
  • Sustain and Grow OE and Service revenue and market share
  • Work with the sales team to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals to existing and prospective customers

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Trade or engineering qualification, or extensive prior product and technical training within a similar role
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • 5+ years in underground mining, with product and solution sales and commercial experience
  • Full understanding of Site Safety and Environmental protocols
  • Demonstrated customer management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting proposals, and RFQ management
