About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Executive at Gallagher, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth through the delivery of comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to our clients. This role requires a driven sales professional with a strong background in Personal Lines Home and Auto Broking.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business income by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Act as a concierge to our clients throughout the binding process, ensuring a world-class quality of service standard is always upheld.
- Work with Gallagher's lead systems to plan and prioritize sales activities, including quoting and calling.
- Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions while ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to.
About You
We are looking for a sales professional with a client-centric problem-solving approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues. You should be highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes with ease.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment.
- Active and in good standing Insurance License required.
- Completed or intention to pursue CIP, CAIB, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
- Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.
