**About the Role**

As a Territory Sales Manager with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, you will play a crucial role in presenting our membership services to business owners and entrepreneurs. Your primary objective will be to seek out new businesses and build relationships with existing members, ensuring their continued satisfaction and growth.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business owners and entrepreneurs as members of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their continued membership and growth.
  • Meet with business owners and entrepreneurs in person to discuss the benefits of membership and address any concerns they may have.
  • Manage account renewals and ensure timely payment of membership fees.

**What Makes a Successful Sales District Manager?**

  • A sales professional who thrives in an independent work environment, meeting with business owners and entrepreneurs on a daily basis.
  • Someone with strong presentation skills who enjoys both prospecting for new clients and meeting with existing clients to build relationships and drive growth.
  • Although not required, experience in sales or owning a business is an asset, as it demonstrates a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners and entrepreneurs.

  • A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with our top performers earning an average of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, and some exceeding $100,000.
