Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Black & McDonald Limited. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new Service Agreements in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities- Own your own territory and develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our clients.
- Engage with potential clients to evaluate their current Total Cost of owning and operating their facility assets.
- Work towards identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in a Business Development role with demonstrable success in financial sales negotiations.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and willingness to travel.
