About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at New-Life Mills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing client base by promoting our products and services to them. This will involve regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will assess the needs and resources of our clients to recommend the most suitable products and services for their business. This will involve conducting thorough needs analyses, identifying potential solutions, and presenting these to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will be responsible for developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services to clients. This will involve conducting research, gathering data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Deliver Sales Presentations

You will deliver sales presentations to clients to promote our products and services. This will involve preparing and delivering presentations, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Consult with Clients

You will consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services. This will involve regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Review and Adapt Information

You will review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the sales team.

Provide Client Presentations

You will provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services. This will involve preparing and delivering presentations, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Advertise and Promote Products

You will advertise and promote our products and services to clients and potential clients. This will involve developing marketing materials, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role is required for this position.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in presentation software, database management, and MS PowerPoint is required for this role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

Personal Suitability

Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and initiative are essential for this role.
