As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing an existing customer base, consistently growing new business within your assigned territory, and ensuring our high customer service standards are met or exceeded during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively maintain and enhance an existing customer base
  • Consistently grow new business within your assigned territory
  • Ensure our high customer service standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
  • Customer Relationship Management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
  • Problem Solving and the ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed
  • Contribute to the Cambridge Branch/team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and Branch basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of industrial sales experience (experience specifically in the safety sector an asset, but not necessary)
  • Completion of a university degree or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Work equally well independently, as in a team environment
  • Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams, other departments, and senior management
  • Territory: Greater Mississauga area
