Key Responsibilities- Effectively maintain and enhance an existing customer base
- Consistently grow new business within your assigned territory

- Customer Relationship Management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
- Problem Solving and the ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed

- Minimum 3-5 years of industrial sales experience (experience specifically in the safety sector an asset, but not necessary)
- Completion of a university degree or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Work equally well independently, as in a team environment
- Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams, other departments, and senior management
- Territory: Greater Mississauga area
