About the Role

We Excel Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to clients after sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to identify new opportunities.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our products and services, and develop targeted sales strategies to engage with them.

Consult with Clients after Sale

Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Reach out to Clients after Sale or Signed Contracts

Regularly check in with clients after sale or signed contracts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for further growth.

Review and Adapt Information

Stay up-to-date on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.

Troubleshoot Problems

Identify and resolve any issues related to equipment or services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Advertise and Promote Products

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including advertising and promotional activities.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, requiring 32-40 hours of work per week.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

At least 7 months of sales experience, with a strong track record of success.

Language

Fluency in English required.
