Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales to Existing Clients
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to identify new opportunities.
Identify and Solicit Potential ClientsResearch and identify potential clients who can benefit from our products and services, and develop targeted sales strategies to engage with them.
Consult with Clients after SaleProvide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Reach out to Clients after Sale or Signed ContractsRegularly check in with clients after sale or signed contracts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for further growth.
Review and Adapt InformationStay up-to-date on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
Troubleshoot ProblemsIdentify and resolve any issues related to equipment or services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Advertise and Promote ProductsDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including advertising and promotional activities.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, requiring 32-40 hours of work per week.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma required.
ExperienceAt least 7 months of sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
LanguageFluency in English required.
