About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Manager to join our Business to Business (B2B) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to our employees in the operating unit, ensuring that team performance is optimal and consistently improving based on data and individual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management: Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
  • Reporting and Data: Gather and review Our Voice for staff, gather and review 360-feedback for staff, identify data-driven opportunities and critical insights, and deliver team performance reports based on a defined cadence.
  • Planning and Implementation: Partner with organizational leads to ensure resource alignment, develop and present proposals and recommendations to Directors, and ensure in-market alignment and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media or similar discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Media.
  • 5+ years experience in people management.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and develop teams.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, problem-solve, promote cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
