Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including scheduling appointments, creating proposals, and making presentations.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the building services or office supplies industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
