People and Workforce Recruitment Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess staffing needs to ensure optimal workforce deployment
- Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and internal communications channels
- Screen and select candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 35 hours per week
